People are going to tell you to set limits & boundaries, as if that's easy w/ people who your life is entwined w/ in multiple ways-- emotionally, financially, historically, relationally. But in the real world, boundaries are often complex & messy & imperfect. No need to deny it.

In day 2 of recovery mode. Not a whole lot of recovering's been happening. I've spent more time in bed than out, slept more hours than I haven't. I'm sure hollering into the void some more about it will help. Lol.
so, predictably - and as I have been telling everyone for 6+ months that I’ve been at high risk for doing so - I have relapsed despite fighting so incredibly hard not to.
I’m so tired. I don’t know if I have what it takes to keep fighting this illness.
