(Yet his admin continues to get praise for housing efforts.)

Why give schools their money when we can take it and give it to developers to develop along the Eastside Beltline?
The Atlanta Way.
(at only 80% AMI) is < Beltline IZ & city’s subsidy ordinance requirements.
And why is Atlanta subsidizing (effectively) market-rate housing in one of the hottest parts of the city?

As of last week, anyone jailed by ICE with a final order of removal will NOT appear in the ICE Online Detainee Locator System, making them effectively vanish.
Administrative burdens can lead to procedural denials, where applicants are rejected not due to ineligibility, but because they are unable to navigate the complex processes
