Trump saying we urgently need well stocked sniper nests overlooking the nation’s main location for political protest should ring alarm bells.
Get that it is a legal strategy for Trump to take our money & heritage in the name of the military: but building a sniper nest on the National Mall really feels like a threat to free assembly & speech, as if the only obvious use would be strike down people protesting Trump’s regime.
Just like with the ballroom, another scam by Trump to turn this into a “military complex” to prevent the courts from intervening by using “national security” as his excuse for vanity projects.
