President Donald Trump said on Sunday his planned 250-foot triumphal arch between the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery would serve as a "military complex" housing drones and sniper ammunition.
The top of the arch will now be an acre in size to fit in a drone launch (and return?) platform, secure ammunition storage facility, and sniper posts

I think the arch nonsense is more about claiming a ludicrous security purpose in the litigation like he did for the ballroom. But the general point is true: he has absolutely no intention of a peaceful transfer of power in Jan 2029, and planning and preparation for that is no doubt already underway.
