I have one of the cards that pairs with these floppies, so I just dumped the ROM along with the 3 PALs. (Not 100% sure those dumps are good, but something was read from them.)
This Appletalk ISA card sports a 6502 + SRAM + ROM + 8530.

oh my god one of the marchintosh projects this year was a global appletalk network and someone accidentally (???) uploaded a disk image with a virus from the mid-90s on it and now everyone is getting infected

(I'm on and off writing a very AppleTalk-brained network stack for embedded systems, today's MCUs are more powerful than desktop PCs contemporary to the late 80s, which means the choices and decisions appletalk made are generally in the right order of magnitude for what is reasonable on MCUs)

Today I scanned in this Shiva NetBridge manual from 1988. The NetBridge is a hardware box with two LocalTalk-capable mini-din 8 Mac serial ports. It lets you split or join two AppleTalk networks. 🪄

That’s the Apple iSoap. Released in 2005 it featured computer themed fragrances such as ‘Warm PCB’, ‘Form Feed Paper’, and ‘Clean Mouse’. It supported IR connectivity and AppleTalk.
