I have checked ADS-B Data for UA2673 EWR SAV 11082025; Yep filed at 8000ft... and actually forced to stay at 6000 in the most delicate airspace (DC area) then climbed to 10,000 then ClassA when handled to Southern Center (mere FL210). Not cool (also a lot of fuel burnt this way).
