#CodeReview
A review loop that keeps adding narrower blockers needs memory and a stop rule. A findings ledger with IDs and blocking flags, limits on new blockers after round one, and a named decision owner after a round limit. A proposal for small teams, tied to public sources. #CodeReview #AIAgents
A findings ledger that stops a review loop from adding new blockers
A findings ledger with IDs, labels and a blocking flag keeps automated review rounds from raising new, narrower blockers. This guide sets out a blocking rule and a stop condition for the loop.

- Every skill in my repo becomes an Agent(), a function you can invoke to get that workflow

What’s the file in your repo everyone is afraid to open before a deadline?

That’s the one DebtDrone looks for first — cognitive complexity + estimated hours to fix.

Drop a redacted path if you want a second pair of eyes on what to scan.

A useful AI code review prompt: identify hidden assumptions, edge cases, race conditions, and missing tests. Ask for evidence and trade-offs instead of accepting a confident-sounding answer. #ClaudeAI #CodeReview #AIEngineering

Show the changed lines, intended behavior, and code that uses the result.
Extra files should answer a concrete question about the change.

AI helps developers write more code, but it does not help teams ship more product 💡. Code review is the real bottleneck when your team is busy and tired 🤖. Catch regressions automatically before they quiet ship to production ⚡. 👉 upsun.com/blog/dispatc... #CodeReview #AI #DevOps #CICD

AI makes it easier to write code. But someone still has to check it works.

If contributors skip those checks, the work falls to open-source maintainers.

What should you check before submitting an AI-assisted pull request?

Models produce the average of what exists. Taste is knowing where your codebase should differ from it. The scarce skill is reading 180 generated lines and knowing which ten to send back.

A function is reusable code. Sorting its result can change a job runner's next choice. Read the caller, the code using that function.

CodeCrew's merge command won't merge a PR until CI is green, the reviewer has approved it, and every question for a human has an answer. We put that rule in code instead of the agent's prompt, because agents don't always follow prompts.

Enforce review gates for AI coding agents
CodeCrew's command line refuses to merge a task or close a milestone until the checks, the review and every human answer are in place.
