Can't be Evri if all that took place over only 2 days.
Their process also includes the long phase "Your parcel has been delayed". Phrased as if its the parcels fault!!

I'm just relieved they've not used Evri. Our local Evri guy is actually pretty good but the journey to him is fraught with danger.
