Also, when going after celebs for "not doing enough" I think about George Michael, the extent of whose anonymous giving, both general and for individuals, was not known until after his passing. He wanted to be helpful; he didn't need to be seen helping.

...yes the jedi themselves are flawed and corrupt, but anakin still had the choice to fall, and he chooses the shorter, easier path over making harder (seemingly) less certain decisions. his arrogance is his undoing. humility is what redeems him. self sacrifice.
