This is mainly Hamilton County which is essentially just north Indianapolis. We were gerrymandered last year where they cut out the portions of Indianapolis that were included and added more rural counties.

This is a real thing. I moved to Philly from Charlotte, which, it turns out, is quite a bit west of Philly, not just 500 miles south. First winter I was like WTF why is it dark already?
