Dewayne, I hope you continue to stay in the race, you’re crucial to a ranking strategy, there is a lane to win, and I’ll give (more) dough if you announce you’re staying in Tuesday. I encourage others to do same. Besides, I want to see you at Mayorpalooza 8/4. You’re a headliner!
After two weeks away to attend my mother’s funeral, I am returning to Minneapolis and to our campaign more determined than ever to fight for a city that cares for all of us. Thank you for giving me the grace and space to step away to tend to my family and my grief.

Thanks to the 100+ who came to #mayorpalooza tonight. The spirit of fellowship - among the candidates, among the crowd - was fantastic, just a giant reaffirmation of what Minneapolis can be. Elections are competition but existence is cooperation, and it was nice to see the line between them thin.

Random #mayorpalooza observation - really nice to meet so many of the trans community last night. Smart, savvy folks absolutely unafraid to press not just their community’s dire issues under authoritarianism, but the wider needs of Minneapolis. We all benefit from fighting to be a trans refuge.

First, welcome back to the race, Dr. Davis. 3 viable Frey alternatives again! Will say this is a much sharper message & punchier video than I’ve seen from his pre-pause campaign. The non-Frey campaigns are still critically under-resourced, so help if you can. Working on Mayorpalooza event right now.

I have now contacted the 3 campaigns about Mayorpalooza. Will keep you all posted. Jazz Hampton is in, other 2 just got word. This is gonna be fun if I can pull it off.

I’m at a Davis-Fateh-Hampton Mayorpalooza hosted by @dbrauer.net and during the Q and A, candidates are asked to say something nice about the other two, but if I had the opportunity I would ask candidates to roast Brauer in one minute or less.
