I’m wondering if we could usefully look at that in Transport Committee after May. Thinking could look at egs of different scales of bridges (and tunnels) and impact of closure for repairs on Londoners’ journeys and even impact of hotter summers on resilience of eg expansion joints.

Interesting insight from @IEA. Of course, assumptions on average passenger load, fuel used and engine efficiency play a role here. Still, somehow surprising to me. How about local pollution? Certainly a key aspect in CBA, here. #modechoice
