Join our interactive two-day online workshop, Agile Research Project Management, led by Dr Estefania Mancini from the Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute, designed for PhD students, postdoctoral and staff scientists, and professional researchers who want to bring more structure, transparency, and momentum to their work. Through short lectures, group exercises, and real research case studies, you’ll learn how to adapt Agile, Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, KPIs, mentoring routines, and feedback practices to academic research environments. Participants will leave with practical tools they can use immediately, including research backlog templates, Kanban-style boards, simple Scrum routines, dashboards for tracking goals and metrics, and a personal action plan for improving collaboration and communication.
