I look forward to returning to Berlin and the wonderful #KanDDDinsky conference this week. Really happy to be able to speak there again. I will challenge the approach many companies have to agile transformations

Competence ≠ Authority. Thriving orgs diffuse authority to those closest to the work - balancing autonomy with alignment. Optimise collaboration, not control, and you’ll sense and respond faster. Treat people as humans, not parts. #Leadership #Agility #OrgDesign #Collaboration #Resilience

#systemsdesign applies to data structures and how they interact with software platforms, whether AI or UI

People design, or #orgdesign, applies the same #systemsthinking to team structures for optimal results

#strategy
A missing ingredient in many organizations’ AI efforts is a #systemsdesign approach that looks at the underlying elements of #strategy, #orgdesign, and process for cohesive team results—in other words, firmly establishing natural intelligence before automating it
