This 1940s-vintage PCC trolley car was crashed several years ago in Dorchester. It now sits in Mattapan where it has been scavenged for parts to keep the other ancient trolleys running until the #MBTA upgrades the line to support moving Green Line Type 9 cars here.

"May, 1958 Larry Kostka took these views of PCC 7186 being taken to the interchange by L-201. This car, like most of the post-war PCC's would be stripped for parts to be used in the building of 6000 series "L" cars by St. Louis Car Company."

Portland never used the almost-ubiquitous PCC car, so is sadly not represented in the historical Muni streetcar fleet.
