Two Bluesky API scripts hosted on totally different web hosts posting to totally different Bluesky accounts have stopped working. “Rate Limit Exceeded”

We made the mistake of booking him in 2006. It wasn’t just him that ended up being trouble, but his fan club was also a pain in the ass to deal with at the con.

Having read this paper I’m now a bit more confident that creating a stable PDEL definition is possible (though I still think it’s 50/50) and, given the potential prize, I wholeheartedly agree that govt should follow these steps to find out

PDEL is difficult mostly because of definitions: what does/doesn't count? @jpspencer.bsky.social has good insight here. As @njdavies.bsky.social suggests ringfencing based on programmes might help.
