OK, this looks super promising. It’s not 100% perfect yet—I just tested loading an animated GIF and it did not load the animation—but long-term, this is a potential suitor to the FOSS Photoshop crown.

It's way less mature than any #pixelart app I usually used, but I was interested with procedural art features. Scary at first, but fun!
