Day 30 of 31 Days. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth. Phrases like, "I draw or paint because I have to," never made sense to me as a reason why to make art. But I do feel compelled to make art. A feeling of mental well-being is something I have to create, it doesn't happen on its own. That's why I #draw.
