I'm not sure trauma would be a great teacher, and I sure as shit don't want to suffer for something I didn't vote for. And I'm scared that over here, there's no way for many folks (not everyone mind you) to realize and accept the truth. But I guess sometimes you gotta let Reality crash down on you.

What I now know to be 'allostatic load' combined with a #fragility gene, 45 years of trauma paralleled by 30 years of Fortune 500 level corporate masking & body just started falling apart in 2017. Though in truth, I can trace back to 1993 as the starting point. Never takes long for #toxicstress.
