Later afternoon overlooking Hilly Fields stone circle: a small stone circle built atop a hill in a South London park as an art project for the Millennium. The grass is lush green from rain but sodden and muddy; the trees are dark, bare boughed silhouettes. The sky is pale blue as the light fades, with bands of clouds tinted in pinks and golds by the setting sun.

The love of all existences. 🏳️‍⚧️/|\
#TamesisGrove #druidry #UrbanDruidry #DruidLife #DruidSky
Trans flag gradient background with the text: Today is an important day to re-affirm that Tamesis welcomes and affirms the sacredness of our trans, genderqueer and non-binary members. Tamesis stands in a circle of fellowship, inclusion and equity: both in our grove and in the wider world. It is not a space where we will debate the existence or human rights of any person, especially not people who are marginalised in society. If your druidry does not include "the love of all existences", then it is not a druidry that will find a comfortable home in Tamesis.

At the start of September this crow (I named Skeksis due to a resemblance to the Chamberlain in The Dark Crystal) started being hand-fed cashew nuts. 2 weeks hand-fed twice daily & much healthier. I may have a longterm slightly wary wild friend. #crow #corvid #skeksis #urbandruidry #justdruid
Scraggly looking crow perched on a blue metal fence at a bus interchange, with a beak full of of cashew nuts. Another crow is perched behind the first and other crows are nearby on the ground. Another crow can be seen in flight in the background and there is a red London bus towards the back of the picture. The railway station building can be seen in the far background. The oak and mistletoe ritual depicted by Henri-Paul Motte (1900) -A priest arrayed in white vestments climbs the tree via a ladder onto a constructed platform. Other druids are on the platform and more are gathered at the base of the tree in a grove. Wiith a golden sickle, cuts down the mistletoe, which is caught in a white cloak.
