Since everything is now based on cell network times, it might actually work!
Today, Syrian government announced the arrest of a Hezbollah cell preparing another sabotage attack on Baniyas refinery.
Two weeks ago, a pipeline linking Baniyas to Homs was damaged in what was widely suspected to be Islamic State (based on history).

The Gujarat-based solar manufacturer expects to start initial solar cell deliveries in the first quarter of 2027. It is also planning a 5.1 GW ingot casting and wafer slicing facility by 2028.
