Il supporte très bien les cartes sons externes, mais pas les drivers merdiques. D'habitude j'utilise ma RME Digiface USB et je n'ai jamais eu le moindre problème. C'est M-Audio qui ne fait pas l'effort de mettre ses pilotes à jour.

The RME digiface USB is just USB to lots of ADAT. Not sure I'm going to get it yet (it's £360) but RME are great for always supporting their products no matter how old.

Is this a UFX/802? Although I feel like everything is a slippery slope to the Digiface, I somehow currently run both a Fireface UFX and an 802 together. Normally over ADAT, but sometimes in parallel as two USB devices in Mac OS with 2x Totalmix. Can max out the RME USB driver audio i/o this way!

01V96 V2. From 2014. I've checked and Yamaha still support it software-wise, so thought it was worth doing. The I/O is 24 channels of ADAT though. My current audio interface only has 8 channels ADAT so I'd need to get a digiface USB to use all possible ADAT channels.

It appears possible to combine 2x Mac Mini (3 4k displays each) and 2x Digiface Dante in a reasonably sized 2U rack. An all-in-one redundant playback rig for Millumin or QLab

@thechildofroth huzzah! I have an RME Digiface USB with 32 channels. I haven't pushed it super hard because I don't need to in my case, but I can definitely run at a very low latency if I need to.

（何度も言うけどDigiface Dante欲しい）
今回は会社のMBPを使いますが入ってるソフトウェアは私物ばかりなのでユーザー設定切り分けて使います。
小屋のシステムもかなり設定変更するので慎重に事前チェックしときます。

演者さん持ち込みのDigiface Danteのセカンダリを繋いだら小屋のDante全落ちしたことあったなぁ。その時は2mくらいのLAN経路だったからセカンダリは不要でしょうってことでプライマリだけで運用したけども今回のも含めて何なんだろ。

I'm currently working to configure pipewire with my rme digiface, and I'm buried deep in config files, interfacing with every previous audio subsystem (except OSS), and it's currently single channel, high latency, and just totally borked. Wayland is a disaster. systemd is a mess.

I can't wait to use my new RME Digiface with my old and known audio devices. I have some which are a little bit old and the drivers are long gone (or were bad from the beginning 🙄 ) others have not the right "modern" interfaces e.g. firewire (see Intel >= 10th gen). My hopes are to revive them […]
