Reportedly, Trump has made it clear that he will not unblock military aid & intelligence to Ukraine even if Kyiv signs the mineral deal, unless Zelensky changes his attitude towards peace talks with Russia & makes concessions such as giving up occupied territories to Russia.

Of course the U.S. will lift sanctions on Russia. It can be a matter of days until that happens. Washington is controlled by Moscow now so anything Russia wants the U.S. will do.
