I'm getting my hip replacement in a few weeks. I have been trying to get information from my surgeon forever. Apparently, they wait and give it all at once, even though it's right here.

Here's a first. It's not my photo. I got me a new right hip. The left was replaced about two years ago. In the OR at 10AM, got home 7PM the same day. Sleeping is difficult, but daytime movement is just a dull ache. Should be OK for Hannah's wedding in March.

Well all packed away, yes I know the fridge is a mess.
The small pork loin joint instead of belly pork cut up into some pork loin chops and enough left as a joint for one for the air fryer.
Larger by half mince will yield some homemade burgers and enough for mince and tatties.
