The resurgence of liberal polphil was spearheaded by people like Rawls and Dworkin after the 1970s, but even during WWII, the major liberal philosophers were people like Kelsen, Dewey, Berlin, Popper etc. I have issues with many of these, but the only person that matches your description is Mises.

The 2024 election result was actually a conspiracy by Liberal Currents to expand its audience

The Democrats can still win if Adam Gurri has the courage to overthrow the polphil essayist deep state

For the first time in my career I’m teaching Rawls’ Theory of Justice. Which means I’m reading it cover to cover for the first time ever.

It’s a strange experience: like visiting, for the first time, a foreign land whose every corner you already know in intricate detail.
