This afternoon I met camera shy Rachel who told me she pops these on cars blocking the pavement. She’s in her 80s, has never driven and doesn’t use the internet.

Speed was a factor in over 60% of collisions in Enfield in last 5 yrs.

Great to see Enfield Council introducing new 20mph zones in Edmonton, Palmers Green & Southgate.

Crashes fall approx 40% after 20mph zones are introduced.
