It’s clear these changes missed the mark, so we’re rolling them back. We’ll be working on a solution that better balances the varying needs of all our users and will provide more information before we roll out additional changes.

Yesterday I got an error during check in to Hawaiian Airlines. Called customer support and they said to check in on Alaska since HA had been acquired by Alaska. Still got an error. 2 hrs later Alaska customer support assigned me a conf number for Alaska. Obvious integration problem. #badUX

The level of disdain for users and, not incidentally, ableism, in micro f**king scrollbars that require navigating mouse cursors very, very precisely to make them tiny bits slightly wider and barely usable for a few ms is mind-boggling. I have two monitors FFS. Give my scrollbars real estate!

Websites should never send a "magic link" or code to login without first giving you the option to login with a password. Sending crap like that without giving you the option to enter your password is obnoxious. It's even worse when it's a text message code. #PetPeeve #BadUX #BrokenAsDesigned #AirBNB

Amazon's Music app has to be one of the most poorly designed apps I've ever encountered. Independently of the fact that it doesn't update the latest albums I've purchased, its filtering process is atrocious. Stop telling people to go back to the office, and build better products. #amazon #badux
