Procedure done. 24 biopsies, 15 images taken. One stricture expanded; have to go back to dilate it further.
Woke up nauseated, raw throat, and was in recovery for hours, but, hey, didn't feel a thing. Lots of post procedure bleeding, but nothing too alarming given biopsies.

I’ve started taking my OBI at night right before bed. I got tired of spending a day feeling exhausted and pretty terrible.
Now I do it at night, it does its thing while I’m sleeping and I wake up feeling amazing.
