State review finds Reeves Farmhouse roof-line change acceptable; DRC views height change as minor
Staff told the DRC that the rear addition’s ridge beam and roof‑line were shifted in the field, increasing the addition’s height (~12 inches); the Virginia Department of Historic Resources reviewed the changes on July 24 and raised no objection, and staff characterized the change as minor and compliant with Secretary of the Interior standards.
