Inhibitors for in vitro and cell-based assays were obtained as follows: ponatinib (MedChemExpress (MCE), HY-12047); asciminib (MCE, HY-104010); imatinib (MCE, HY-15463); dasatinib (MCE, HY-10181); osimertinib (MCE, HY-15772); and RMC-5552 (MCE, HY-132168).
