Today I was sat down and moved from #partialhospitalization to #intensiveoutpatient #therapy. This may be a good thing. I'll at least be more attentive during things.

Day 3 of #partialhospitalization. Today I left a little early to finish an errand... So that sucked, but I also got my #insurance coverage info for my stay. $450/day for #php and $150/day for #intensiveoutpatient when I graduate to that...
I hate this timeline.

A weekend without #therapy was strange. I survived (almost) 5 complete days.
