Today I was sat down and moved from #partialhospitalization to #intensiveoutpatient #therapy. This may be a good thing. I'll at least be more attentive during things.

I am looking for new #moots! #promosky

Session six of #partialhospitalization #therapy is complete. Today was a chill Monday. I'm concerned for later this week.

Session six of #partialhospitalization #therapy starts today... let's see what they offer.

A weekend without #therapy was strange. I survived (almost) 5 complete days.

Day five of #partialhospitalization was incomplete. I had a massive amount of errands (ex: rent due) to complete and was totally overwhelmed. I tried.
I guess that's it for today.

Day four of #partialhospitalization is complete. I'm getting to the point where I can see it's very necessary. Met with a nurse practioner for new psych meds.

Day 3 of #partialhospitalization. Today I left a little early to finish an errand... So that sucked, but I also got my #insurance coverage info for my stay. $450/day for #php and $150/day for #intensiveoutpatient when I graduate to that...
I hate this timeline.

Day three of #partialhospitalization. I leave in about an hour. I'm not sure what all of it brings, but uh. I don't feel hopeless I guess.

Day two of #PartialHospitalization is completed... I'm still not doing much outside of activities and listening. So. There's that.

Day 2 of #partialhospitalization starts now. Like 5 minutes ago, actually. Where is everyone?

I am officially in therapy five days a week, six hours a day, for the next three weeks.
