I find that development interesting because infrastructure here is not primarily defined by instruments or facilities. It is increasingly about how institutions, expertise, clinical partners, data and shared resources are connected in practice. What stands out to me is the attempt to connect these elements as one infrastructure rather than treating them as separate activities.
