How to get the most from the constraint on your (testing) process – The Phoenix Project by Gene Kim, Kevin Behr, and George Spafford
This book is a novel about the transformation of a company from one that experiences pain when it releases software into one that releases and maintains software easily. We can learn much from the …

So, "saving time" in a non-constraint - doing that which should not be done in the first place - deteriorates the performance of the whole system.

A robot cell at 95% utilization can still be why a plant misses its shipment date. Goldratt explained why, in 1984.

Part III of Week 38: The Goal, applied to robotics deployment.

The #TheoryOfConstraints is brilliant. But its static logic trees often fail when confronted with the dynamics of complex systems. It’s time for an upgrade.

I read "Theory of Constraints" by Goldratt.

Good info, difficult read. Don't read it until after you've read The Goal. And maybe other Goldratt books too. It won't make sense. It constantly refers back to The Goal.

This one is not a business novel, just nonfiction.

Theory of Constraints: Boosting Efficiency in Residential Construction
This article looks into applying the Theory of Constraints (TOC) in residential construction, a method for identifying and addressing process bottlenecks. It discusses how TOC improves efficiency by focusing on the most impactful issues, contrasting it with traditional process management.
