yeah, reaper supports Lua, Python, C++, and their own EEL scripting for actions, video, and fx processing.
Reaper only has 2 devs, but a community of super nerds. Look at what's in ReaPack.
I don't know about typscript but javascript seems like a weird choice for daw extensions.

yeah, reaper supports Lua, Python, C++, and their own EEL scripting for actions, video, and fx processing.
Reaper only has 2 devs, but a community of super nerds. Look at what's in ReaPack.

Typscript is pretty shit in compared to rust. 😿 But many platform don't provide wasm client as priority.

I do wish the default behaviour was either to expect a second arg or treat it like a skipped/not implemented test. But my question is, where is your linter?
`[@typscript-eslint/]no-unused-expressions` would have called this out.

one thing ive been wondering about actually as i definitely do still want to get in there (i'd even be inclined to just continue writing go for some more complex tooling and use typscript wrappers to call out to it somehow lol)

Back in the 80s "natural language" was all the rage for computer languages.

I think I get why it's popular; you can just "npx ..." and not have to fuss with the pip requirements or venv steps. That's a small thing but makes a big difference in distribution
