Friends in the #BehavioralEcon & #GameTheory community: *now* is the time to fund a new journal.

Collective action is hard, but Elsevier just made coordinating to a new, better equilibrium way easier.

Let's get rid of for-profit publishers. Let's move to no-profit or in-house.

We can do it!

Tiny dopamine hits.
Fear of missing out.

loss aversion: feeling the pain of losing $100 > pleasure of gaining $100.

manual budgeting taps this hard. every expense *feels* like a loss. see the number go down. not some abstract auto-sync.

lose more, spend less. simple as. ditch the robots. #behavioralecon

Honesty oaths seemed to decrease dishonest behaviour in 7 studies across the US, UK, and Mexico.
