My friend's family member (who is here from India on an EB2 Visa and works as a medical researcher) was profiled and stopped at a mall by ICE and their documents were demanded. They were admonished for only having a soft copy with them. What are their rights in this situation?

짝꿍 학교 통해서 영주권 넣으려는거 사실 학교 통해서 하면 EB1으로 수속할 수 있을거 같아서 그런건데 멕시코도 중국 인도처럼 EB2쿼터가 따로 있어서 꽤나 밀려있는 모양이고 근데 EB1은 current 더라고. 근데 학교가 저 모양인건 둘째치고 이쯤되면 학교 관계자가 EB1이 뭔지 EB2가 뭔지는 알까 싶어져서 저 사람들을 믿어도 되나 싶어지는거임 🤦🏻♀️
