This, from a sitting member of Congress and gubernatorial hopeful is straight up lying to her constituents. Stefanik, who knows better, is lying about the impact of restoring Metro-North service to Albany. It doesn't automatically make Albany (or Columbia) County part of the MCTD. It's just lying.

MCTD can spontaneously include some wild sub-syndromes. Oral Allergy Syndrome is my latest with reaction (itchy lips & palate, burning tongue, & projectile 🤮) from eating a raw apple. Certain fruits & vegetables have similar proteins to certain pollens that change seasonally!
