Not just stupid, but inherently evil, or only interested in approaching in bad faith. There's a LOT of evil out there. There are a lot of sealions and trolls. But not everyone is like that, and for folks to assume ill intent or an inability to see your perspective first makes me sad. 💔

@mpjgregoire I don’t know for sure. Sealions and seals, yes. But there haven’t been whales here for more than 100 years. Nuu Chah Nulth communities are whalers though and I think the Elder coming to share knowledge is from one of those communities. I’ll find out.
