Karen has been particularly unwell with the ME during the last few months and has had a lot of ME dips, often with vomiting. The heatwaves and noise of air con etc are two of the things that have made Karen more unwell and exhausted.…

Illegitimate concerns include trans rights, pro-Palestine marches & Just Stop Oil, as has (not!) been seen. 100,000+ people marched for London Trans Pride and it was kept to a very tiny acknowledgement on BBC London webpages. The biggest lobby (I think) of Parliament was held without mention.

I can’t count the number of days I’ve had to simply endure in the past few years. The days you need to just somehow get through and hope that tomorrow will be a bit better. So many lost days. It never gets any easier.

Even the UN has stated that Canada’s Track 2 (for disabled and non terminal) violates human rights.
