It is proven to:
Reduces pollution
Reduces deaths and injuries
Reduces Drivers insurance premiums
Makes places better places to live
Is cheap to implement.
So why isn't it being rolled out everywhere?

Enjoyed meeting with our local police this morning on Ashley Down Road and Ralph Road, with the speed monitor. Both these roads have terrible issues with speeding. Letters will be sent to all those who were speeding. We’re also going to set up a community speed watch team with residents. #20isPlenty

As I was — very obviously — taking a photo of ~10 #20IsPlenty signs on one block of Irving, a white Tesla with no front plate flew by doing 30+ mph. Didn’t even glance at me, standing next to my cargo bike in the street.
