No one is USING AI. They are TRAINING AI. No LLM is ready to be fully deployed. It's all early beta testing they are trying to convince you is actually a product. It is nowhere near its target goals for its intended uses. People aren't paying to use it; they're subsidizing its training. It's a scam.

The lawsuit calls for a judge to prevent "Dudesy" media as "A.I., Podcast, YouTube show" using Carlin's copyrighted works in the future and to require the podcast to destroy the episode's audio and video. Danielle Del, a spokeswoman for Sasso, said Dudesy is not actually an A.I. "It's a fictional podcast character created by two human beings, Will Sasso and Chad Kultgen," Del wrote in an email. "The YouTube video 'I'm Glad I'm Dead' was completely written by Chad Kultgen." A spokesperson for Kulgten did not respond to a request for comment. Del declined to comment about whether the Carlin-sounding voice was generated by A.I. Josh Schiller, a lawyer for the Carlin estate, said the lawsuit that was filed in Federal District Court in California would move forward despite the podcast's backtracking of the A.I. claims. "We don't know what they're saying to be true," he said. "What we will know is that they will be deposed. They will produce documents, and there will be evidence that shows one way or another how the show was created." The lawsuit is part of an unsettled legal debate about whether training A.I. language learning models on publicly available written, visual and audio content infringes on the copyrights of artists and authors.

Watching videos on how to spot ai art, one of the tips was if an account posts lots of images very fast. 😳

I pride myself on fast drawing, & last year was a huge slog. I mostly work 4x6” or smaller, but I did do a few larger pieces. All my art is human. 🫶🏻
A photograph of a print (76.5MB, which is why I don’t post it) of my art vs. artist 2025, with a photo of me in the center of 61 drawings that were a selecting of the (almost) 365 drawings I did in 2025 with my self-imposed art a day challenge. 85%-ish of the drawings were completed in one day, with a small selection done over 2-3 days. I pride myself on my speed (also, I can’t regulate my drawing, it’s all or nothing), and I love drawing. Many of the drawings are of OCs, some use public domain images for inspiration, all were done entirely by human hands.
