It could also be circulation, hydration... it's really hard to say unless there's a more definitive history. You mentioned your heart, but in what way? Does it have palpitations like mine, is it an electrical delay (also called a T1 Heartblock), or some genetic disorder??

Most people think CVP waveform shows cannon a-waves; this is definitely the case when RA contracts against a closed TV; i.e. in complete heartblock, junctional rhythm, V tach + V pacing. The pt does have a-flutter but can this lead to cannon waves? @Thind888 @NephroP @CardioNerds

So today my Cardiologist essentially gave the all clear. I have holter monitor, stress tests, bloods and ecgs to do buuut I healthed my way out of a tier 1 and tier 2 heartblock.
And I realize now I've lived the last decade of my life like an old person out of fear

I also have a tier 1 & 2 heartblock but one is going away. If health and diet can shift them, I won't stop til I've reversed it. I've almost gotten passed the bowel stuff after the entire pandemic and years before. But seriously, I feel like I'm bouncing back after years of getting worse
