THIS IS GONNA BE SO GOOD AND SARAH HAS WORKED SO HARD TO GET IT INTO THE WORLD
It's still not quite sunk in that this is real, exists, and isn't just a hypothetical I've been yacking on about after 3 wines to anyone who'll listen (and many who probably didn't want to) since 2019.

Pre-orders are SO welcome, especially for first-time authors 🙏🏻🥊

I had a great reading month. Here are just some of the books I read in October. Not shown is The Family Behind the Girl Scouts by Melissa Langley Beigert.

Did you have a great reading month? Did you have a favorite book?

My favorite was The Johnstown Flood by David McCullough

#HistBookChat offering for the week is more of a display of books on my new rotating book tower. Nowhere near enough room for them all but it's a good start and I have been able to rescue several titles from being stored under the bed!

So next after Grant's Memoirs, I'm looking forward to reading about Varney's arguments in this book about Grant's efforts to use history to undermine Rosecrans and provide cover for Grant.
