Currently running on 3hrs sleep... 🤪
C-PAP acquired, fingers crossed I'll adjust well and finally have a decent nights sleep.
Nervous but hoping my oxygen starved brain works a bit better so i can
focus on art again.

I’ve been on #CPAP for #sleepapnea for a couple years. Last night was my first with zero drops >4% . Also didn’t drop below 90% O2 the entire 8 hrs of sleep. Check out the 9.9 O2 score. 🤩🤩🤩

Slow sleep improvements, sleeping more constantly even though only getting 3.5-4hrs a night but that's partly my own fault for ADHD last minute project crunch mode. 😂

When another challenge adds up to complexity of sleep, there is always a way to adapt without compromising. Nose mask wont interfere with a nuk 6 pacifier. Bigger sizes like Fixx10 are sadly a no match: bigger shield will be too close to nose where mask seals up.
