The rebuilt Kellogg bridge in #StPaul has reopened to pedestrians and cyclists (but not yet to cars and buses). So I took the Gold line over to the Mounds stop, and rode across the bridge this afternoon. I then continued along Kellogg all the way to the cathedral.
