I'm so non-functioning lately because of my #chronicillnesses, #disabilities, #executivedysfunction, #depression, #chronic pain, etc. that I've accidentally ghosted EVERYONE. Including my doctors. Including the specialist neurosurgeon that took ages to get into. UGH. 😭 I hate being so broken.

I'm genuinely proud of myself for the resilience and grit I've cultivated from years of finding out what works and what doesn't with my #Chronicillnesses

I never gave up! You either win, or you learn — you never really lose unless you quit trying.

Found an inner strength I didn't know I had.

Nobody tells you about how when you try to stand up for yourself when you have a lot of #chronicillnesses that doesn't magically change people's minds.

People will still treat you poorly even when you attempt to set healthy boundaries and respect myself, sometimes they'll treat you worse even.

So I suffer from a handful of #chronicillnesses, the worst of them is #fibromyalgia. For the last 4 days it has been severely acting up. So this nosebleed was just frosting on the shit cake. And I'm tired of not being able to do anything productive with my day. #awareness #visibility
