Got myself new ultrasound guided steroid injections for both sides of my hips today.

Always a weird sensation. Hopefully relief in a couple days/weeks.

To put my poor health into perspective. the #octoberslide. I did not even manage to walk 3km in one entire week. My body literally can't handle it rn. That used to be my DAILY minimum.

As someone who’s somewhat recently realized they’re chronically ill and is actively seeking out a dysautonamia/POTS diagnosis. October slide is real, can fucking confirm. I’m so tired.
