Other neuropsychiatric disorders can also develop post stroke and are in fact MORE common after a stroke so I’m definitely not saying mania IS what’s happening here, but mania with psychotic properties does match the symptoms described by the staffers.

Circadian interventions (light, small molecules targeting the clock, food) can improve glymphatics, improve stroke recovery, and reduce neuroinflammation!

This was a 5 yr effort from Hablitz Lab (with the assist from Nedergaard lab) out now in JCI!
