#LLM (“ #AI ”) are very bad for feedback, for #peerreview.

Nothing is ever good enough for them and they also contradict themselves.

You have them generate a paragraph or so, improve it a little bit, ask for feedback on the improvement, and they start critiquing their own earlier changes.

Instead of idiot referee #2, now you have LLM #2, pedantically insisting on auxiliary detail that is of no consequence to the core idea of the work.

A numerical illustration in a mathematics paper is not sending a rocket to Mars.
